      Charm fell off my bracelet. The clasp had fell off twice before this time it broke. The clasp is not quality made.

      The charm fell off the “ring” holding the charm to my bracelet. The “ring” holding the charm had fallen off twice before this last time. The last time the “ring” opened up so it wasn’t useable anymore. The ring is not quality made. Fortunately, I found the charm which rolled down my pant leg unbeknownest to me. I found it fortunately. .

      Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear the jump ring was problematic for you. The previous rings from our supplier were too difficult for customers to open and attach to a bracelet, so we replaced them with daintier hoops that are much easier to open and close (with jewelry pliers) for better attachment. We will take this feedback and re-assess a better ring option.
